These Terms of Service govern your use of SeedWorks Studio (“the Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

1. User Responsibilities

You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Unauthorised activities such as spamming, data scraping, and unauthorised distribution of content are strictly prohibited.

2. Account Management

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the event of a breach of these Terms. Terminations for cause are not eligible for refunds. Users wishing to delete their accounts may submit a request to support@seedworks.studio.

3. Subscription and Payment

SeedWorks offers the following subscription tiers:

• Seed Starter: £14/month
• Seed Pro: £24/month
• Seed Forever: £249 (lifetime access)

Payments are securely processed through Stripe, and eligible users may access a 14-day free trial. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the payment method provided for recurring billing.

4. Intellectual Property

SeedWorks retains no rights to user-generated content unless explicitly agreed upon. Users are responsible for ensuring that their content complies with intellectual property laws. We will not use user-generated content for promotional purposes without prior written consent.

5. Limitations of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes from using SeedWorks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

6. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Payment disputes may be addressed through Stripe's dispute resolution process.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

1. Data Collection

We collect information you provide during registration (e.g., name, email, password) and data entered into the Platform (e.g., project-related information). Login credentials are encrypted for security purposes. Anonymous usage is not supported.

2. Data Usage

We use your data to operate the Platform, provide personalised experiences, and send email updates via Resend Audience. Data is not shared with unaffiliated third parties, except as required for operational purposes (e.g., Stripe for payment processing).

3. Data Security

We employ industry-standard measures, including encryption and secure storage, to protect your data. Access to sensitive information is restricted to authorised personnel only.

4. User Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@seedworks.studio. We comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party tools, such as Google Analytics and Stripe, to improve the Platform and process payments. These services may collect and process limited user data under their respective privacy policies.

Currently, cookie preferences cannot be managed via the Platform. By using SeedWorks, you consent to our use of cookies.

Refund Policy

SeedWorks operates on a strict no-refund policy. All purchases, including monthly subscriptions and lifetime access plans, are final. If you encounter technical issues, please contact support@seedworks.studio for assistance.
